- Items can be returned by shipping. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or reason for return and your order number.
- Items must be in original unworn condition (within 30 days of receipt).
- We are responsible for: marks, damaged zippers, tears or breaks, inferior materials, significant color differences, large differences between the product photographed and the product received. Rest assured that we will take full responsibility for any errors or issues caused by our fault.
- If you selected the wrong size/color or don’t like the item (there is nothing wrong with the item), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for return/exchange.
- Orders must come with a tracking or reference number and have your order number clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive the item at our international returns facility, we will process your exchange or refund.
